Accounts Assistant (Victoria)
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join an already established accounts department. This will be a challenging role and it will give you the opportunity to work autonomously and within a growing team.
You must be flexible, enjoy a challenge and have the ability to multi-task. You will be a team player and enjoy taking on new responsibilities.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliations
- Invoice Processing
- Accounts Payable/Receivable Processing
- Receipting and allocating payments Accounts reconciliations
- Processing cheque and EFT payments
- Managing payment runs
- Implementing new controls and procedures for accounts payable
- Assisting with the backlog of invoices
- Data entry and filing
The Successful Applicant will have:-
- Previous Accounts Payable experience using Cheops
- Exposure to Excel spreadsheets including reporting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional attitude.
