Hickory has been contracted by Southlink to deliver their latest development offering, Lakeside Apartments in Albert Park.
This is the second current project for Southlink, with Hickory continuing work on their Claremont Manor project in South Yarra.
The Lakeside Apartments project has been designed by award winning architects and long time Hickory collaborators Fender Katsalidis, with management by project superintendents PDS Group.
Situated on Albert Park Lake, the developments comprises 159 apartments over 12 levels including a three level basement, extensive ground floor communal areas and an outdoor forecourt with pool and landscaped gardens.
The angulated façade is designed to maximise each apartment’s exceptional views of the CBD, Albert Park or the lake.
