Bid Coordinator

With lots of opportunities on the horizon we are looking for a talented Bid Coordinator to join our team. In this full-time role you will be responsible for the end-to-end process for the development and production of bids and proposals, which includes:

Preparing and completing ‘Expression of Interest’ submissions and pre-qualification questionnaires.
Preparing and distributing RFT packages to subcontractors – managing tender files and database.
Preparing and distributing RFT packages to internal departments – ensuring all key internal stakeholders are briefed on specific tender requirements and deadlines.
Ongoing coordination of internal stakeholders to ensure deliverable deadlines are met.
Maintaining communication with the client/PM firm throughout the tender process.
Preparing and maintaining schedule of RFI’s & responses – distributing to internal teams and subcontractors.
Responding to subcontractor & client RFI’s.
Responding to client post tender clarifications.
Receiving Tender Addendum documentation and distribute to relevant stakeholders & subcontractors.
Preparing Tender Draft CMP’s for submission.
Managing Aconex & Estimate One.
Preparing tender submission documentation and reviewing to ensure a high level of accuracy and conformance to the RFT.
Ensuring all subcontractor pricing is received by the due date.
Ensuring Estimating department has everything they need to finalise pricing.


Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:

Proven track record in a similar role within the construction or a related industry.
High attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills – verbal & written.
Strong organisation and time management skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Aconex.
Knowledge and proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite would be highly desirable.
