POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting directly to the Head of Property, we are seeking a passionate and motivated Development Manager to join our team and contribute to multiple large-scale residential and mixed-use projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the full development lifecycle, from feasibility studies through to delivery and handover, including planning proposals and development applications.
- Manage and monitor key project performance metrics, including budget, quality, and program.
- Provide strategic input on acquisitions and development feasibilities.
- Ensure all projects align with company standards, design briefs, and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate pre-construction, construction, and project completion deliverables.
- Develop and manage relationships with joint venture partners, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE
- 5+ years of experience in a Development Manager role.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as Architecture, Property, Construction Management, Urban Planning, or a related discipline.
- In-depth knowledge of project delivery frameworks.
- A proven track record in delivering large-scale residential and mixed-use developments (200+ apartments).
- A collaborative, adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Commercially minded, detail-focused, and results-driven.
- Exposure to Estate Master or similar financial feasibility tools is preferred.
