RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitor, review, and adjust programs to ensure time requirements are met, providing progress reports to the Precast Production Manager.
  • Coordinate the purchase of goods for projects and arrange timely delivery.
  • Manage shop drawings for HBS projects.
  • Attend project-related meetings and contribute as necessary.
  • Coordinate the design of work packages, communicating directly with internal and external architectural design teams, engineering design teams, full-service design teams, and building surveyors.
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to the client.
  • Prepare and submit detailed variations to the client.
  • Process invoices on time.
  • Prepare supplier and labor agreements.
  • Prepare monthly cost reports.
  • Check labor time sheets and coordinate with payroll.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as required.

 

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Architecture, Project Management, or Engineering.
  • Experience in precast concrete manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and within a team.
  • Ability to develop conceptual designs in Revit and coordinate with relevant parties.
  • Experience with Word, Cheops, and Aconex software.
