RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor, review, and adjust programs to ensure time requirements are met, providing progress reports to the Precast Production Manager.
- Coordinate the purchase of goods for projects and arrange timely delivery.
- Manage shop drawings for HBS projects.
- Attend project-related meetings and contribute as necessary.
- Coordinate the design of work packages, communicating directly with internal and external architectural design teams, engineering design teams, full-service design teams, and building surveyors.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to the client.
- Prepare and submit detailed variations to the client.
- Process invoices on time.
- Prepare supplier and labor agreements.
- Prepare monthly cost reports.
- Check labor time sheets and coordinate with payroll.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as required.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Architecture, Project Management, or Engineering.
- Experience in precast concrete manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate independently and within a team.
- Ability to develop conceptual designs in Revit and coordinate with relevant parties.
- Experience with Word, Cheops, and Aconex software.
