THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a full-time Workspace Curator, based at our Southbank offices. This position is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service through supporting the Building & Workspace Manager and facilities management function for all tenants of the Flex @ Market Lane co-op office space.

Some key accountabilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all tenants, ensuring that their co-op experience is to the highest possible standard.
  • Ensure that all office facilities are kept to the highest operational levels at any given time, including coordinating building works such as scheduled maintenance/repairs, coordinate cleaning, liaising with vendors, and overseeing deliveries.
  • Dairy management, such as tenant move in/move out dates, managing the arrival experience for new tenants, and meeting room reservations.
  • Sales and marketing support, such as touring potential tenants, and liaising with Marketing regarding content updates on the website, and creating social media posts/updates.
  • Prepare building expense reports and maintain the OPEX budget.
  • Assist with monthly billing, payment collections, and associated reports.
  • Organise and coordinate special events/functions.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position, such as office or property management, events management, hospitality, and/or co-working space operations.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and easily with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities and multiple tasks at any given time.
  • Experience managing social media accounts and/or writing EDM content at a professional level would be highly advantageous.
  • Experience using SurveyMonkey, Office RND, Campaign Monitor and/or Mailchimp would be advantageous.
  • Basic experience in content creation and/or graphic design in platforms such as Canva, InDesign or Illustrator would be advantageous.
  • Experience coordinating and managing events would be advantageous.
