As an experienced talent specialist, Warren will play a key role in developing this industry’s most capable and confident construction professionals, and attracting new talent to work with us at Hickory.
As a Senior HR generalist with policy, procedure, strategy formulation and roll-out experience, Warren’s passion is building teams and developing high performing cultures.
Warren comes to us having spent a number of years at Fulton Hogan as their Senior National People Advisor, where he redeveloped and oversaw the national graduate program.
With the continuing and steady growth of Hickory’s workforce over the last couple of decades, we remain committed to developing our staff and supporting them to reach their career goals.
