Central to the design and construction of the Transport Accident Commission’s (TAC) headquarters was a commitment to achieving passive solar, energy and water efficiency on a realistic budget.

 

 

The six storey building, with 15,000m2 of net lettable area, has a rooftop central plant, three level underground carpark and central atrium over three levels, delivering daylight throughout the building.
