RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Review Commissioning Scripts and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts for input.
  • Recommend scripts for client approval.
  • Monitor the Commissioning Schedule to ensure alignment with site progress.
  • Track and report on the status of Commissioning Scripts.
  • Perform general project administration duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
  • Coordinate project information through regular meetings and written communication.
  • Assist in establishing project and communication protocols to meet client expectations.
  • Attend meetings to address technical issues and assign resolutions as needed.
  • Conduct routine site inspections.
  • Assist with the procurement and onboarding.
  • Develop a detailed Commissioning Equipment list.
  • Analyze OFCI Equipment drawings to ensure compliance with commissioning standards and requirements.
  • Develop a detailed commissioning schedule in coordination with the project Scheduler.
  • Provide monthly reports on commissioning activities.
  • Manage various entities to conduct required equipment testing (e.g., FWT) before delivery to the site.
  • Attend and contribute to various design review meetings.
  • Compile a commissioning integration plan for approval.
  • Maintain a log of all issues during the commissioning phase for closeout as required.
  • Oversee the Commissioning Agent throughout the project lifecycle.

     

 

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or construction management.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering or Project/Construction Management.
  • Construction experience, particularly in services.
  • Data Centre experience.
  • Strong ability to manage deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project information management tools.
