Hickory construction of apartment tower, Collins House in Melbourne for developer Golden Age and Asian Pacific Group. This 60 level, 204 metre tower incorporates Hickory’s prefabricated construction method with major elements including façade and precast structural units constructed off-site in a factory and delivered to site for assembly. The program has been reduced by up to 30% using fast-track Hickory structural, façade and fit out delivery.
