Bourke and Bowden, known for it’s desirable location has met the demand from residents, offering both office and retail sectors, Hickory transformed the site into a high-quality, contemporary office precinct.

Joined by diversifying developers Time and Place, alongside John Wardle Architects, Hickory has transformed the 8,089sqm site to create a community hub including a central atrium that opens to a ground-level landscaped courtyard.

As the market experiences rapid change and creates ‘future offices’, Bourke and Bowden is being built with sustainability in mind, with a 5.5 Star NABERS rating and 6 Star Green Star.

Features:

The building’s food and beverage tenancies, with a courtyard and outdoor dining area, create a diverse range of workplace settings and experiences.

The building has been built in two halves, connected by shared cores, reducing the impact of a bulky building and modernising the ageing design of office buildings.

Following ongoing trends in recent months that have seen occupiers from the CBD and fringe markets look for cultural changes, Hickory have redesigned the original permitted layout and the structural methodology and grid.
