POSITION OVERVIEW
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivering end to end recruitment across construction and corporate functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and secure high quality talent across live projects and head office. This role is critical in supporting project delivery by ensuring the business has the right people in place at the right time to meet project and growth objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage full lifecycle recruitment across construction roles including site based and corporate support positions
- Partner with Construction Managers, and senior stakeholders to understand project workforce requirements and timelines
- Deliver proactive sourcing strategies across the construction market using direct search, LinkedIn, referrals, and advertising
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates with a strong focus on technical capability, project experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes across multiple projects and stakeholders
- Prepare and manage job offers, including salary benchmarking aligned to construction market conditions
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key construction roles to support future projects
- Support onboarding processes for site based and corporate hires
- Track recruitment metrics such as time to hire, quality of hire, and hiring manager satisfaction
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, systems, and candidate experience
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE
- Demonstrated experience in construction recruitment, either internally or within an agency environment
- Strong knowledge of the construction market and industry networks
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter essential
