Hickory was happy to celebrate the signing of the contract with JD Group to construct residential development, Victoriana on 10 May.
Situated on a large, double fronted site on Queen’s Road in Melbourne, the project comprises 250 residential apartments over 18 levels, with amenities including cafe and restaurant, a 22 metre indoor pool, spa, steam and sauna room and gym.
With construction due to start in June, and a 30 month programme, the project will be completed in December 2020.
