The recent announcement by Development Victoria confirming planning approval for Fitzroy Gasworks Parcels B and C marks a major milestone for one of Melbourne’s most important urban renewal projects.

The precinct includes a new school, already open and supporting local families, along with flexible and activated open spaces designed to bring residents together and foster community.
Led by Hickory’s Head of Property, Zoran Trimcevski, our development team is focused on ensuring the project’s master planning, design and delivery reflect our commitment to thoughtful design, technical excellence and creating enduring places.
