Construction has commenced at The Avenue, Coburg, and we’re proud to be trusted as the builder on the job.
Delivered by Development Victoria, The Avenue is a residential development at 27–31 The Avenue, Coburg. Four buildings. 275 apartments spanning studio, one, two and three-bedroom configurations, delivered as a mix of build to rent and build to sell, designed by Hayball and located just 7km from Melbourne’s CBD.
Hickory’s scope includes conventional construction across all four buildings, incorporating in-situ and precast concrete structures, façades comprising brickwork, fibre cement cladding and glazing, and a shared basement car park serving the development. The project also includes a ground-floor café tenancy, contributing to the future activation of the precinct.
Works commenced in April 2026, with completion scheduled for late-2027. We look forward to working alongside Development Victoria and the wider project team to deliver a high-quality residential outcome for the Coburg community.
