Developed by Steadfast Capital Pty Ltd and designed by Buchan, this mixed-use development is set to reshape Bourke Street Mall with its blend of heritage preservation and modern design. Set to be home to 6,000sqm of retail alongside IHG Hotels & Resorts which will comprise Holiday Inn and Hotel Indigo and offer 452 rooms on levels two to ten of the redeveloped site.
