Topped Out! Construction at Sydney’s CBD Parker Street Hotel has reached a significant milestone marking the structure’s completion.
This high-quality boutique hotel developed by LFG Property will feature 174 rooms over 16 levels and be home to Australia’s first Caption by Hyatt, grounded in the local community where the people make the place.
The project has progressed smoothly, following the successful installation of the 5m cantilever at level 6 using a prefabricated system above the neighbouring heritage-listed Corporation Building. The construction strategy has also carefully considered the future rail tunnel easement, for Transport for NSW Infrastructure, and an existing Ausgrid chamber substation.
