Hickory incorporates prefabricated construction method to construct Collins House in Melbourne. Major elements of this 60 level, 204 metre tower including façades and precast structural units have been constructed off-site and delivered to site for assembly. Using a post tension method, the building cantilevers 4.5m over the adjoining building at level 15, maximising space on the small site footprint.
