An office building with three car park levels and seven office levels, Elizabeth Street Business Centre features a 5-star energy efficiency rating. Every floor footprint is a unique design requiring counter levering and setback concrete outlines. Externally installed precasts had all joints parallel to the floor levels to achieve the aesthetics desired by the architect.
