Part of the landmark Fitzroy Gasworks regeneration, Parcel B will transform a prominent inner-city site into a vibrant mixed-use precinct combining housing, retail, and community infrastructure.

Comprising five residential towers above a shared podium and basement, the development will deliver 513 Build-to-Rent apartments alongside social and accessible housing, creating a diverse and inclusive residential community.
