The ground floor hosts the Hotel vestibule and two retail tenancies off the main Little Collins street frontage and carpark entry.
The Podium, the height of which aligns with the adjoining buildings, contains seven levels that are home to the Hotel’s Great Room, Administration/ Back of House function areas and commercial tenancies.
The Great Room features an open function room with high ceilings and timber acoustic ceiling panels.
