This 13-storey Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) development will provide 305 rooms along with a range of amenities, including a café, meeting and media rooms, a gym, sauna facilities, and outdoor terrace areas.
Spanning a total area of 2,007 sqm, the site is located in Mascot, Sydney, New South Wales. This development marks Iglu’s second student accommodation in the area, complementing Iglu Mascot 1, situated to the south on John Street. Upon completion, both buildings will share the existing loading bay and driveway, enhancing operational efficiency.
