Park Quarter is a residential and commercial development across 18 levels facing the city fringe of Albert Park.

The commercial section of the project will house 216 of Australia’s first Marriott Executive Serviced Apartments, which include a private cohere entrance.

In the residential section, the project will feature 204 apartments, with three distinct product types and a range of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments. Premium residences will feature lake and boulevard views, including four penthouses with a private pool and landscaped gardens on the roof.
