Developed by Golden Age, the DKO designed tower project encompasses 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment types as well as an residents sky lounge on level 3 with landscaped gardens, pool, gym, spa, sauna, yoga studio, lounges, private dining, private cinema and entertainment room.
The residential levels sit above a 3 level retail podium, designed by Buchan Group, and a 7 level basement car park with space for 325 cars.

Hickory engaged on an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) basis to assist with design development, façade and structural analysis, programming advice and value management.
