Located in Melbourne’s inner north, The Avenue is a thoughtfully designed residential development comprising four low-rise buildings and 275 apartments delivered within a landscaped, community-focused precinct. The project includes a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments across Buildings 1, 2A, 2B, 3 and 4, carefully staged to support efficient delivery and seamless coordination across multiple structures.

The project integrates a shared basement car park spanning all buildings, along with extensive resident infrastructure including 270 basement bicycle spaces and 25 visitor bike bays. The ground plane is activated with a small commercial tenancy/café within Building 4, contributing to a more connected and activated streetscape.

Delivered within a dense urban context, The Avenue requires precise staging and coordination to manage simultaneous building works across the precinct while maintaining program efficiency and quality outcomes.
