A Hickory Construction Project
Parque Back to Search
Luxury St Kilda Road development amid heritage-listed gardens features 2 iconic glass towers.
Having forged a successful relationship with Hickory on the Fulton Lane development, their maiden project in Australia, prominent Malaysian developers SP Setia have again appointed Hickory as the Design and Construct contractor for Parque, their second Melbourne project.
An upmarket residential development on St Kilda Road comprising 332 luxury apartments, Parque has been designed by Fender Katsalidis architects and features 2 iconic glass towers. The towers are connected by a private outdoor area on Level 8, featuring a 25-metre infinity pool. The level 11 clubhouse has a library, a function room, outdoor terraces and a private dining room and kitchen designed by Shannon Bennett, with expansive views of Melbourne.
The Western tower fronting St Kilda Rd spans 11 levels, dipping to 8 levels in the centre to preserve views of the Shrine of Remembrance and the city, before rising to 19 levels at the Eastern tower.
A landmark project for Melbourne, Parque fluently integrates the built and natural environments, blending sculptural glass façade elements with one acre of lush landscaped designer gardens and extensive heritage grounds.
