Located at the Western end of Lonsdale Street, The Fifth is a Cottee Parker designed residential building of 51 storeys inclusive of ground level, 7 podium levels, 43 tower levels plus a 2 level basement.

The 165 metre tower comprises of 402 one, two and three bedroom apartments, 206 car parks and 5 retail tenancies, with a podium roof level occupied by recreational facilities for residents including a pool, gymnasium and Jack Merlo-designed landscaped gardens.

The Fifth is the latest project by Far East Consortium, the successful developers behind Melbourne’s extensive Upper West Side development.

Materials handling managed by a single internally located Favelle M220DX self-climbing tower crane

Construction occurred concurrently with the neighbouring Upper West Side Tower 3 development, requiring careful coordination between Hickory and the adjacent builder, particularly during the early building works phase

Complex façade featuring copper-coloured metal cladding and bronze tinted glass balustrades

Total land area of 1,1419 m2 with gross floor area of 45,749 m2
