Premier mixed-use developement comprising of 3 towers overlooking Box Hill.

Trio comprises 3 towers above the 6 level podium occupying 488 apartments. Two towers are residential apartments with the third housing independent living apartments and a two-level childcare facility.

A wealth of retail, dining and entertainments options will be incorporated into the development, in addition to an 8-level car park, 126 generous hotel rooms and two levels of sophisticated office and function spaces.

Residents have an array of amenities to enjoy inlcuding communal gardens, gymnasium, pool, sauna and steam room.

Hickory were able to offer the client earlier handover dates by utilising our innovative construction methods. Redesigning the core to use precast core panels, fast-tracking the construction program.

Incorporating SYNC bathroom pods will also allow us to increase productivity and streamline the construction timeline.

  • Tower 1 façade is a window wall system with rendered slab edges.
  • Tower 2 façade is a window wall system with feature aluminium fins attachedto the outside of the façade.
  • Tower 3 is a curtain wall system with attached feature curved spandrel panels to each level
