Hickory and CBR Development Group have celebrated the ‘topping out’ of Promenade, an elegant apartment complex and commercial hub in the heart of Box Hill.
Councillor Andrew Davenport of Whitehorse City Council was in attendance, alongside Managing Director of Hickory, George Abraham, Manager of CBR Development Group, Xiong Chen, and President of the Asian Business Association of Whitehorse, Bihong Wang.
Hickory has a strong presence in Box Hill with a growing portfolio of large-scale residential builds. With Whitehorse Trio and East Central Tower located just a short walk away, the builds will bring a wealth of new living, retail, and commercial spaces to the booming area.
