Hickory, alongside the two companies have formed a joint venture called Boston Atlas Hickory Hotels to undertake the proposed 12-storey Mascot project, which is timed to open when international and domestic travel have returned to pre-COVID-19 levels approximatley in 2024.
The hotel will be directly adjacent to Sydney Airport with an expansive rooftop bar and dining facilities, wellness facilities and a sky lounge overlooking the airport.
