Hickory and CBD Development Group recently celebrated the official topping out ceremony of mixed-use project, Arden Gardens.
The ‘topping out’ ceremony marks the completion of the building structure, with the final level poured earlier in the week. This significant milestone is celebrated with Hickory’s tradition of planting an olive tree at the top of the project.
Joining in on the milestone celebrations were representatives from Hickory Group, CBD Development Group, The Buchan Group, Pomeroy Pacific, Woolworths Group and NAB.
This North-Melbourne development comprises of two residential towers, one 16-storey and one 10-storey, with 299 contemporary residential apartments, anchored by a new Woolworths supermarket and retail hub. Residential facilities include communal landscaped rooftop gardens and private plaza, shared office space, dual cinema rooms, entertaining lounge and gym.
