Hickory is proud to have been awarded the construction contract for Vicinity Centres latest addition to the extensive Chadstone Shopping Centre precinct – a 250-room luxury hotel.
The project will feature extensive health and wellness facilities, two restaurants, a bar and a ballroom, making it Melbourne’s first premier suburban hotel.
Managed by AccorHotels under their MGallery by Sofitel brand, the 12 level project has been designed by leading architects Bates Smart.
Hickory will incorporate large prefabricated elements such as stairs and walls to achieve the compressed 14-month construction program.
