Yesterday, we celebrated the official topping out of structure at 50 Queens Road, alongside Aware Super and Barings, — joined by The Hon Sonya Kilkenny, John Berger MP and Nina Taylor MP.
This project represents more than just 433 new homes—it’s a bold step forward in delivering sustainable, community-focused living in the heart of Melbourne. Featuring extensive amenities including a wellness centre, pool, screening room, rooftop terrace, and over 2,500 sq m of landscaped gardens.
