ZORAN TRIMCEVSKI, HEAD OF PROPERTY
We are excited to welcome Zoran Trimcevski to Hickory as our new Head of Property.
Zoran has over 15 years of experience, with a strong background in legal counsel, property management, and real estate development. Before joining us, Zoran held key legal and management roles, including advising on large-scale property transactions and development projects. His unique combination of legal expertise and property knowledge will be invaluable as he leads our property strategy, both managing existing properties and expanding our portfolio in key markets. BEN WILLIAMS, CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
We are excited to welcome Ben Williams to our team as a Construction Manager at Hickory. Ben brings over 23 years of experience in the construction industry, having worked in senior leadership roles, including Construction Director at Roberts Co, where he managed large-scale projects and operational teams.
Ben is a proven leader with expertise across various sectors, including residential, commercial, retail, and heritage restoration. His portfolio includes iconic Melbourne projects like the Ritz Carlton Hotel at West Side Place and the Caulfield Village Precinct. Beyond his technical expertise, Ben is passionate about mentorship and innovation in construction, fostering growth and inclusivity in the industry. In his new role, Ben will start by managing South Yarra House and 50 Queens projects. Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Ben as he begins this exciting chapter with us.
SAM CLARKE, CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Sam Clarke as Construction Manager at Hickory, joining Cam De Mooy, Rob Marchese, Ben Williams & Julian Foggin.
Since joining Hickory in 2018, Sam has made a significant impact, bringing over a decade of construction experience across commercial and residential projects in Melbourne. His deep understanding of project delivery, leadership, and commitment to excellence has been invaluable to the team. In his new role, Sam will oversee the delivery of the Collins Wharf 2 and 3 projects for Lendlease, a critical part of Hickory’s portfolio. His leadership will ensure continued excellence in project execution and client satisfaction.
