Reaching new heights – Collins House and Sky One top out

On Monday 13th May, developer Golden Age along with Deague Group, Time and Place, 4D Workshop and architects Bates Smart as well as the Hickory Project team celebrated this milestone with a gourmet morning tea and the traditional planting of an olive tree which symbolises the unity and teamwork between all parties involved. Standing at 184m tall, Collins House is the slimmest tower in Australia with a footprint the size of a netball court. Featuring 259 luxury apartments, the tower is well-positioned to all amenities and facilities Melbourne’s CBD has to offer.

On Tuesday 14th May, Golden Age along with Time and Place, DKO architecture and the Hickory Project team celebrated on the rooftop of Sky One in Box Hill and were treated to some beautiful views of the CBD to the west and the Dandenong Ranges to the east. At 36 levels, Sky One is the highest tower in the highest point of metropolitan Melbourne which means residents can also enjoy these picturesque views. Sky One will be home to over 400 residents along with integrated retail and dining areas.

Thank you to all the teams involved in both projects. These projects could not have been possible without your hard work, dedication and expertise. Congratulations on a job well done!
