On Saturday April 16 Hickory officially broke ground on our newest construction project, Conservatory in Mackenzie Street, Melbourne.
Developed by UEM Sunrise and managed by PDS Group, the luxury residential tower overlooks Melbourne’s CBD, Carlton Gardens and historic Exhibition Building and will include 446 apartments across one, two, three bedroom and penthouse configurations.
The building design by COX Architecture includes a unique feature crown and the façade is punctuated by glass curtain wall, fin details and terraced gardens. At 42 levels including a 7 level podium, other key features include a lap pool and sun deck, gymnasium, sauna and steam rooms, royal banquet room, entertainment deck, jacuzzi, golf simulator and private residents cinema.
The project is due for completion in early 2018.
