Congratulations to our clients Little Projects, their Hickory-built Ilk development in South Yarra was recently awarded the Urban Development Institute of Australia’s (Vic) Award for Best High Density Development.
The 24 level apartment building designed by Cox Architecture features 388 luxury apartments and extensive common areas for residents including communal dining, private cinema room and private health and well-being centre.
Completed in 2013, Ilk has been an impressive addition to the South Yarra skyline, which is also home to Central South Yarra, another high quality Hickory and Little Projects collaboration due for completion in 2015.
