Hickory has won the early works contract for Glen Waverley’s tallest building and most prestigious new mixed-use development, Galleria.
The major project for Australian Nan Xin Investment Pty Ltd, involves the construction of 267 luxury apartments across 15 floors, as well as a ground floor retail hub with 9 outlets.
Designed by Plus Architecture, Galleria takes its inspiration from the infinity symbol to form a unique ’four-leaf clover’ building which interconnects.
The project is due for completion in 2019.
